The exposition and professional development conference, for information and cybersecurity professionals and leadership at all levels of their organizations, is resulting from the partnership announced by ISACA and Infosecurity Group last year. Programming elements are a collaboration between ISACA’s experts in IT audit, risk, governance and security, including its Cybersecurity Nexus (CSX) resources, and Infosecurity’s global expo and media resources. Infosecurity conducted its first North American industry conference in 2017 while ISACA cybersecurity programs debuted in 2015.
“This new ISACA and Infosecurity collaboration will bring great value to industry professionals as they experience programming elevated to the next level at this premier event,” said Gary Van Prooyen, ISACA Vice President of Marketing and Communications. “In ISACA’s 50th year, we continue to build upon our legacy while innovating alongside respected industry partners, like Infosecurity, to offer a range of options for the industry to grow their knowledge, skills and networks.”
Van Prooyen offered perspective on the value Infosecurity ISACA North America will bring to the industry and professional community in a recent video interview here.
“We’re looking forward to a very bright future in New York, working in partnership with ISACA to provide the infosec community with a truly immersive and comprehensive event experience,” said Kate Woodley, Event Director, Infosecurity North America. “Offering actionable insight to support security strategy and tactics through a range of presentations, panels and roundtables, and a comprehensive expo where attendees who are seeking solutions and the latest innovations will be able to source and benchmark technologies to support their investment decisions, we’re excited to be working with ISACA to support the industry.”
