Cognizant and CrowdStrike Forge Alliance for Cybersecurity Transformation

January 22, 2025 By admin Leave a Comment

On January 21, 2025, Cognizant Technology Solutions (NASDAQ: CTSH) and CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) announced a strategic partnership aimed at revolutionizing enterprise cybersecurity. By combining Cognizant’s technological expertise with CrowdStrike’s AI-native Falcon® cybersecurity platform, the collaboration seeks to enhance global enterprise security across industries. This partnership addresses the growing need for platform consolidation, simplifying cybersecurity management while improving threat mitigation.

As enterprises expand their IT ecosystems with cloud services such as IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, and CaaS, they face an increasingly complex threat landscape exacerbated by a cybersecurity skills gap. The alliance leverages CrowdStrike’s Falcon® Next-Gen SIEM and Falcon® Cloud Security, along with Cognizant’s Neuro® Cybersecurity platform, to deliver integrated solutions designed to streamline security operations, reduce reliance on fragmented legacy tools, and bolster resilience against evolving cyber threats.

With cyberattacks becoming more sophisticated and breakout times reduced to mere minutes, the partnership aims to provide enterprises with an adaptive security framework. Cognizant CEO Ravi Kumar S emphasized the importance of leveraging AI and cloud-native technologies to stay ahead of these challenges, while CrowdStrike CEO George Kurtz highlighted the collaboration’s ability to deliver cutting-edge, scalable cybersecurity solutions with measurable outcomes.

This initiative comes as cloud exploitation incidents have surged by 110% in the past year, underscoring the urgency of proactive cybersecurity measures. Together, Cognizant and CrowdStrike aim to deliver world-class protection and transform enterprise security to meet the demands of a rapidly changing digital landscape.
