V2X, Inc. (NYSE: VVX) announced today that it has finalized the acquisition of QinetiQ’s U.S. Intelligence business, a specialist provider of data engineering, intelligence mission support, and cyber solutions for the Intelligence Community. The deal, valued at approximately $24 million net of estimated tax benefits, marks a significant expansion of V2X’s presence in national security programs and bolsters its capabilities in the intelligence and cyber domains.
With this acquisition, V2X brings onboard around 70 seasoned professionals who possess deep expertise in intelligence operations, mission data, and cybersecurity. Their integration into V2X’s portfolio strengthens the company’s ability to deliver advanced, data-enabled mission solutions across air, land, sea, space, and cyber.

The integration process of QinetiQ’s Intelligence business into V2X is already underway and will continue over the coming months. Once completed, the move is expected to significantly elevate V2X’s competitiveness in the intelligence and cybersecurity space, deepening its footprint across critical national security missions.
