A cyber incident unfolded on Friday, causing disruptions to the IT systems of security and software firm Hansab, as confirmed by the Bank of Estonia. Collaborating with the State Information System Authority, Hansab swiftly restored the affected services and is actively investigating the root causes of the incident. Despite the disruption, commercial bank services, including ATMs, card payments, and online banking, remain operational, ensuring continued financial services for customers.
