Axonius has announced a significant reinforcement of its go-to-market leadership team, appointing Klaus Moser as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Ernesto Tey as Vice President of Global Partners and Alliances. Both will report to President Joe Diamond, who is overseeing the integration of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into a unified GTM organization designed to fuel the company’s next stage of expansion.
CEO and co-founder Dean Sysman described the appointments as pivotal to building a leadership structure with “public-company DNA,” positioning Axonius for a major scale-up phase. Moser, formerly at Qualys and MobileIron, brings a wealth of experience in scaling revenue and building disciplined sales operations across large cybersecurity markets. Tey, with three decades in ecosystem development at industry giants like Okta, VMware, and Meta, is known for driving explosive partner-driven revenue growth — including building Okta’s software ecosystem to $150 million in seven years and helping VCE reach $2 billion in four years.
Diamond emphasized that Axonius’ go-to-market vision hinges on being “relentlessly partner-first,” blending direct sales with a thriving partner ecosystem that multiplies reach and impact. The combined experience of Moser and Tey gives Axonius a leadership duo well-versed in operational excellence and alliance-driven scaling — a crucial foundation as the company continues its trajectory toward public-company readiness and market dominance in cybersecurity asset intelligence.
